The Effects of Samyongtang on the Antitumor activity against S-180 cells and the Reduction of Side Effects induced by cyclophosphamide.

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to study the experimental effcts of Samyongtang, it was observed the effects of liquid extitumor activity against S-180 cells and the reduction of side effects induced by cyclophosphamide.
@ES The results were obtained as follows:
@EN 1. The survival rate against S-180 was increased in both SYT-treated group and DSYT-treated group.
2. GOT was significantly decreased in both SYT-treated group and DSYT-treated group as compared with the control group.
3. GPT was significantly decreased in both SYT-treated group and DSYT-treated group as compared with the control group.
4. The amount of serum BUN was significantly decreased only in DSYT-treated group .
5. The amount of serum creatinine was significantly decreased only in DSYT-treated group.
From above results, it was thought that Samyongtang had the effect on the anttumor activity against S-180 and the reduction of side effects induced by cyclophosphamide.
